Off Thursday. Off Friday. Off Saturday.

Back to work today for a short 7 hour day. 7 hours at work seemed so short after working 10-14 hours each day last week.

The past week has been full of carbs, carbs and more carbs.

Coconut cake. Coconut Pumpkin bread. Coconut pie. Pumpkin pie. Sweet potatoes. Mashed potatoes. Sweet potato orange cups. Rolls. Bread. Cookies.

And then Today at work the boss said “Do you want pizza?”

Ugh… not really. But Pizza I got, and came home with the leftovers.

Aww sounds like a fun Thanksgiving! I wouldn’t have wanted to go back to work either. But I WOULD want a large slice of this pumpkin coconut bread. Yum.
